Privacy Policy

1. General

Ido Mahager Halevi values your privacy and is committed to protecting and safeguarding the personal information (as defined below) that you provide on our websites and other digital assets (the "Website"), or that we collect while you use the Website or in the course of your engagement with us to purchase our products and the related services (the "Products and Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we use personal information relating to you. We undertake not to transfer customer details to third parties. It also describes the purposes for which personal information is collected, the parties with whom we share it, and the rights you have under law regarding personal information relating to you that we process (the "Policy").

By using the Website and/or by providing personal information about yourself in the course of your engagement with us for the supply of the Products and Services, you agree that we may collect, store and use personal information about you in accordance with the terms of this Policy. You are not legally obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to provide it may prevent us from completing your purchase of the Products and Services, make it harder for us to provide services to you, prevent delivery of products to you, and may prevent us from offering you full use of the Website – for example, we may be unable to contact you or respond to your inquiries.

2. Personal Information

Personal information is any information collected by us and/or provided to us by you or on your behalf through which you (or another person) can reasonably be identified, including but not limited to first name, last name, ID number, home address, email address, phone/mobile number and the like, as well as the content of any inquiry and any other information provided to us or collected during any correspondence between you and Ido Mahager Halevi.

When you use the Website, Ido Mahager Halevi collects information about Website users. Some of the information collected does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your personal details – for example, the pages you viewed, offers and services that interested you, the IP address from which you browsed, cookies and more.

We ask you to provide, and we ourselves collect, only the information we need to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy.

3. Aggregate Information

We may collect, use and share aggregate data, such as statistical data obtained through standard analytics tools, to learn how you and other users interact with the Website, in support of our activities and operations.

Aggregate data may be derived from personal information but is not considered personal information under applicable law, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data and that of other users to calculate how many users use a particular feature of the Website.

However, if we combine aggregate data with personal data relating to you in a way that could directly or indirectly identify you, we will treat the combined data as personal data subject to this Policy. We use Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device that are controlled and managed by Google. Google Analytics offers add-ons that let you opt out of the collection of your data by installing a browser add-on, such as the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

4. Use of Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the user's browser. The Website uses cookies for its ongoing and proper operation, to tailor it to users' personal preferences, identify registered users, monitor and analyze performance, collect statistical data about use of the Website, check secure use of the Website, verify details and more.

When you submit information through an online form, a "Contact Us" page or other means of communication, cookie settings may store the relevant information for future correspondence.

If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you can avoid them by changing your browser settings. To do so, please consult your browser's help file. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from using some of the Website's services and features. Since in most cases it is not possible to block cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to the Website, we recommend keeping them enabled while using the Website – but, as stated, the choice is yours.

You may also delete the cookies on your device at any time. We suggest doing so only if you are sure you do not want the Website to be tailored to your personal preferences and do not want the Website to recognize you on return visits to pages that require registration.

7. Transfers of Information Outside Israel

Ido Mahager Halevi may transfer your personal information outside the jurisdiction of Israel and/or the European Union, among other things for cloud storage purposes. The privacy laws of the jurisdiction to which your personal information is transferred may not be as comprehensive as those in Israel and the European Union, and in such a case Ido Mahager Halevi will take appropriate steps to ensure a similar level of protection for your personal information.

8. Information Security

Ido Mahager Halevi implements up-to-date information security systems, applications and procedures on the Website, designed to minimize the risk of theft, loss or unauthorized access to personal information, in accordance with the law.

While these information security systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized access to personal information, they do not provide absolute security. Ido Mahager Halevi cannot guarantee and does not undertake that personal information will be completely protected against unauthorized intrusion and misuse. Accordingly, you will have no claim, demand or action against Ido Mahager Halevi or anyone on its behalf as a result of unauthorized intrusion and/or disclosure and/or use of personal information resulting from such intrusion.

9. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

At any time, you may contact us and request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will ask you to provide certain confirmations to verify your identity. If you find that personal information held about you is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, you may contact us and send a detailed request to correct or delete it. 10. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

We retain different types of personal information for different periods, in accordance with the purposes set out in this Policy and the requirements of the law. We will delete personal information or make it anonymous when there is no further need to process it. We will retain non-identifiable aggregate data indefinitely. In any event, as long as you use the Website or are our customer, we will retain personal information about you, unless applicable law requires us to delete it. Deletion of personal information, where required, is not immediate. It may take some time until residual copies of personal information are completely deleted from the Website's active servers and backup systems and/or from our information systems.

11. Direct Mail and Advertising

Ido Mahager Halevi may use the identifying details in its possession to contact you and send you information about its products and services, as well as marketing and promotional content. Such contact may be made by any means of communication Ido Mahager Halevi deems appropriate, including by mail, email, landline, mobile phone, text messages (SMS), social media messages and other means.

Such information will be sent to you only if you have given your explicit consent. When providing your personal details, you may choose not to receive marketing information from Ido Mahager Halevi, or withdraw your consent and stop receiving such information at any time, in the manner indicated on the Website and/or in the mailing, as applicable.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
